Atlantis

Atlantis (in Ancient Greek: Ἀτλαντὶς νῆσος – trans.: “island of Atlas”) is a fictional island mentioned in the works Timaeus and Critias of the Greek philosopher Plato as part of an allegory on the hubris of nations. In the story, Atlantis is described as a naval empire that ruled over all western parts of the so-called known world,[1] making it the literary counter-image of the Achaemenid Empire.[2] After an ill-fated attempt to conquer "Ancient Athens", Atlantis falls out of favor with the deities and submerges into the Atlantic Ocean. As Plato describes Athens as similar to his ideal state in the work The Republic, the story of Atlantis is intended to bear witness to the superiority of his concept of the state.[3][4]

Lemuria

Lemuria is a lost continent of the modern esoteric imagination. The name emerged in 1864 with zoologist Philip Sclater, who proposed a submerged land in the Indian Ocean to explain the distribution of lemurs. Science abandoned this idea with plate tectonics, but esotericism transformed it into a myth. Helena Blavatsky (1888), in The Secret Doctrine, gave it its classic form: Lemuria was home to the Third Root-Race, giant beings, initially androgynous, with a third eye, who lived millions of years ago. The continent was reportedly destroyed by volcanism and sinking. Later authors expanded the legend: W. Scott-Elliot described Lemurians from 3.60 to 4.50 m tall, with a peculiar appearance. Rudolf Steiner emphasized the evolution of consciousness and the separation of the sexes. Frederick Spencer Oliver (via Phylos) linked survivors to Mount Shasta, giving rise to the subterranean city of Telos. Modern channelings (Aurelia Louise Jones and others) present Telos as a crystalline and spiritual civilization still active. In summary: Lemuria went from an abandoned scientific hypothesis to one of the great myths of contemporary esotericism, symbolizing a primordial, spiritual, and tragic humanity whose legacy remains alive in contact traditions and inner cities.

Orion Wars

The Orion Wars are described in contact traditions (mainly Elena Danaan and Alex Collier) as a long-lasting galactic conflict, spanning about 600,000 years, centered in the Orion zone. The main motive for the conflict was reportedly the control of the interdimensional and time-travel portal located in the Orion Nebula (M42). On one side was the Nebu Empire (a collective of greys with a hive-mind structure controlled by a Hive Queen) and its allies from the Alliance of the Six (including the Ciakahrr/Draconians). On the other side was the humanoid resistance, especially the Black League, formed largely by refugees of Lyran origin who fled after previous invasions. The conflict almost drove the humanoid species (in a broad sense) to extinction and had no clear winner — the parties reportedly entered into a truce due to exhaustion.
